We reserved our site at Grizzly two weeks ago for next June. They sounded like they already were taking alot of reservations. Most of the info I've read suggested reserving about a year out.

Fuel Station/Gen Tank fill problems
Any ideas on how to get the gen/fuel station tanks to fill up without it taking FOREVER and spilling all over?

RE: F250 6.0 Tow Haul Question
Not for nothing...but we use ours when pulling eastbound through the state almost always with our RV. Heading west its a nice gradual slope and not having it on helps with the mpg. With our utility trailer I'll use it going down hill or in town. Just my two cents.

Roads in Yellowstone
Next summer we will be staying at Grizzly RV near the west entrance to Yellowstone. The problem is we will be coming from Cheyenne WY. Which entrance, East or South, is the easiest to get to West Yellowstone? Not interested in seeing a lot of stuff, got plenty of time after we get setup, just trying the easiest way to get the FW in the sig and the family to its resting spot.

RE: Cleaning after a ride
Our friends got a used rig last year...The dealer used armor-all or some such. Makes using the loading ramp real INTERESTING to say the least. We use a broom and a sponge mop.

50 Amp Service at Yellowstone
We are planning a trip to Yellowstone with our rig listed below. There will be four to six people in the trailer at any given time. I am looking for help finding 50 Amp service at campgrounds in the area. I'm looking at the Yellowstone lodging website right now...just looking for some extra help.

Somewhere there is a village without it's idiot...said idiot is me. When I hooked up my batts I was looking at a picture from last year. When I put the bats in, they were backwards from last year. I had the batts wired backwards. I realized it when I went to open one of the vents on top via switch...up went down and down went up. Thank you all for your speedy replies. If you are ever in the need of an idiot, please let me know.

HELP!!
IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT I CAN CALL TO WALK ME THROUGH TROUBLESHOOTING? I'm trying to get my rig, see sig, ready to go tonight. I started flushing the water system and while the tanks were filling I re-installed the three 12v batts. The gauge (idiot lights) in the rv came up dim and then went completely out. I have power to all the interior lights and water pump. I have turned on the LP gas to start cooling the fridge, but nothing is coming up on the lights. I also can't get my gen to even crank. IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT I CAN CALL TO WALK ME THROUGH TROUBLESHOOTING?

RE: Gun on trailer?
When we head out to the woods we always have my 590 "somewhere"...I usually have some type of handgun on me for "critters" as well. We do boondocking though where the "critter" excuse is more plausible.

We were spending over $350 a month on fuel in my truck in Feb just as a daily driver. We bought my wife an 04 PT Cruiser and now I drive the mini van:) With both payments and fuel, we are actually saving money having a third car. Now we only drive Big Blue, what the girls call the truck, to church on the weekends.

I put a 5 inch Bully Turb bak exhaust on my last summer. My temps are down quite a bit, but the MPG didn't really change.

I've got a Truxedo and love it...the hitch is protected when I'm not hooked up and the rails for the cover don't come close to the underside of my trailer.
